Cwm Seren PICU is an eight-bed mixed gender Psychiatric Intensive Care Unit.
We are looking for a motivated and dynamic individual who can work under pressure and join our dedicated team of staff, who aim to provide the highest standards of care and treatment to all our service users.

Main Duties of the Job
The successful candidate will assist the MDT in providing holistic & person-centred care & treatment to service users experiencing complex and challenging mental health difficulties.
We are looking for individuals with a caring and empathetic approach, dedicated to providing non-judgemental and holistic care to all service users. The ability to work effectively as part of a team is essential, with the post holder requiring excellent written & verbal communication skills.
The post will entail night and day shifts dependent on the service needs.
Various full and part-time hours are available.
The ability to speak Welsh is desirable; English and/or Welsh speakers are equally welcome to apply.
