Overview
Sales Associate. Our client is a small, independent Estate Agency.
The ideal candidate will have approximately 12 months Sales Associate experience.
Responsibilities
* Registering Buyers and Vendors.
* Identify client requirements & matching to our property portfolio.
* Arrange and carry out viewings, for both sales and lettings.
* Build and maintain strong client relationships, with regular client contact.
* Successfully negotiate between Vendor/Buyer & Landlord/Tenant.
* Assisting in smooth running of the branch.
Qualifications / Personal Profile
* Well-presented, Reliable, Trustworthy, Confident, and motivated by a genuine passion for the property industry.
* Strong negotiation skills & good basic understanding of the sales/ lettings process.
* Possess excellent communication and people skills.
* Have a full UK driving licence and your own car.
Package
* £24,000 OTE £30k + benefits
* 5 day working week (Saturday included with day off in the week)
* 28 Days holidays (inc Bank Holidays)
