Responsibilities
* Filing, data input, photocopying, letter writing etc.
* Working collaboratively within a team and individually
* Communicating with patients and service users over the phone or face-to-face
* Dealing with patient case notes whilst maintaining high levels of confidentiality
* Ensuring patient case notes and the electronic patient record systems remain up-to-date
* Managing your own workload and asking for support when required
