1. £20 per hour, plus very competitive Bonus rate - OTE upwards of £50,000

Responsibilities in the MET Technician role:
8. Conducting diagnostic assessments and mechanical repairs on a wide range of vehicles, ensuring the highest standards of workmanship
9. Efficiently and accurately identifying and rectifying electrical and mechanical faults using advanced diagnostic equipment.
10. Carrying out dismantling and reassembly of vehicle components, including interior and exterior trim, engines, gearboxes, and suspension systems
11. Conducting precise wheel alignments, suspension setups, and overall vehicle geometry adjustments
12. Adhering to health and safety guidelines and ensuring compliance with relevant industry standards
13. Collaborating effectively with colleagues and other departments to ensure smooth workflow and customer satisfaction
14. Keeping up-to-date with the latest technological advancements and attending training sessions as required.
Requirements for MET Technicians:
15. Proven experience as an MET Technician in an accident repair centre or automotive workshop environment
16. Strong knowledge of automotive electrical and mechanical systems, including diagnostics and repairs
17. Proficiency in using modern diagnostic equipment and software.
18. Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality workmanship
19. Ability to work efficiently and independently, as well as part of a team
20. Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to troubleshooting
21. Relevant qualifications or certifications in automotive repair (ATA certification preferred)
