Overview
We are looking for an energetic and driven individual with broad expertise, however of particular interest would be candidates with aerospace or military experience.

Responsibilities
Oversee engineering delivery, ensuring projects remain on track and within budget
Manage full V-lifecycle, ensuring adherence to best practices
Develop and maintain engineering plans, tracking progress and milestones
Identify and mitigate project risks, minimising impact on delivery
Solve problems proactively as they arise
Seek opportunities for project efficiency and improvement
Manage projects predominantly sitting in the Hardware domain
Strong communication skills to work across boundaries and maintain stakeholder engagement
Ability to remain level-headed under pressure, ensuring smooth project execution
Qualifications
Degree level qualification in Electrical/Electronic Engineering or related discipline.
A lower qualification would be acceptable for example HNC/HND should the candidate be able to demonstrate significant demonstrable experience in lieu
Essential skills
Strong understanding of the V-lifecycle
Demonstrated ability to manage complex engineering projects across multiple domains
Expertise in tracking project progress, managing risks, and maintaining budgets
Effective communicator with strong stakeholder management skills
Ability to problem-solve and proactively seek project improvements
Experience
Proven experience in engineering delivery management
Post graduate relevant work experience
Aerospace experience but candidates with Military or other adjacencies experience may suit this role.
Able to work across the full Engineering Development Lifecycle
