Duties & Responsibilities
1. Provide Tax compliance and advisory services to a wide range of clients using shared resources or technology tools.
2. Working pro-actively and managing your own tasks.
3. Confidently collaborating with others and communicating regularly with senior managers, directors, and partners to help businesses effectively.
4. Manage a substantial client portfolio, including client take-on, engagement, billing, and cash collection.
5. Focus on self-development and continuing professional education.
6. Develop professional relationships with clients and within the firm.
7. Understand and address potential risks to the firm.
8. Participate in special assignments on an ad hoc basis.
9. Guide and supervise less experienced colleagues.
10. Support, train, mentor, and advise others in your area.
11. Challenge current practices-drive improvements and champion change.
12. Take personal responsibility for your decisions and actions and those of others.
13. Lead complex projects.
You'll Be Someone With:
14. An in-depth, up-to-date knowledge of taxation, with the ability to handle complex tax issues.
15. Project and staff management experience.
16. Ability to manage a substantial client portfolio profitably and seek new client development opportunities.
17. Experience dealing with client senior management.
18. A degree and/or CTA, ACA qualification or equivalent.
19. Demonstrable post-qualified experience.
