KYC Onboarding Manager
Location: Amersham, Buckinghamshire
Team: Operations
A leadership opportunity for an experienced KYC professional to manage and develop a team of 5 onboarding associates. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring efficient, compliant, and timely client onboarding (targeting a 48-hour turnaround), while driving process improvements and maintaining high regulatory standards.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead and mentor the onboarding team to meet performance targets.
* Oversee day-to-day onboarding operations and ensure compliance with AML/KYC regulations.
* Act as an escalation point for client issues and maintain oversight of onboarding quality.
* Conduct audits and prepare performance and compliance reports.
* Identify and implement process improvements, including use of technology.
1. Requirements:
* Strong experience in KYC or client onboarding, with proven leadership experience.
* Knowledge of AML/KYC frameworks and regulatory compliance.
* Background in financial services or similar regulated industries preferred.
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
* Professional certifications (e.g., CAMS, ICA) are a plus.
