To succeed in the role, you will be motivated with an ability to work under pressure. You will be customer-orientated and an excellent team-player. You will also be reliable and punctual with good attention to detail.
This truly is a fast-paced role which will see you:
- Deliver outstanding customer service on every interaction and going the extra mile for our customers
- Resolve customer/owner issues in a timely manner and in line with the overall Company Guidelines
- Feed back to Reservations/Customer Service/Ops Team Manager’s on opportunities to enhance the customer experience
- Feed back to Reservations/Customer Service/Ops Team Manager’s on opportunities to improve Sykes processes
- Adhere to all Customer Support Team and Company procedures
- Effectively communicate with customers, both internal and external
Whilst this role currently sits within the Digital Experience Team, future requirements may mean that transition into other operational areas of the business are needed.
