Position: Electronics Engineer

Key Responsibilities
1. Lead embedded system hardware design changes: component selection, schematic capture, PCB layout, prototype debug, test, verification, and pilot runs.
2. Design and implement test rigs for verification and functional testing.
3. Document specifications and implementation of design changes.
4. Ensure designs are suitable for volume production, safe, reliable, and compliant with industry standards.
5. Collaborate with other functional teams – Mechanical Engineering, Sourcing, Quality, Service, Tech Support, suppliers, and Operations – to ensure successful implementation of design changes.
Requirements
6. Degree or equivalent experience in Electronic Engineering or a related discipline.
7. Experience in digital electronic design (microcontrollers, microprocessors).
8. Experience in analogue electronic design (discrete components and interfacing to sensors).
9. EMI/EMC and regulatory compliance experience is desirable.
10. Experience in design verification and functional test software development is desirable (C/C++, Arduino, Raspberry Pi).
