Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced administrator with excellent customer service skills and preferably prior experience in account management or a related environment. The ideal candidate will have strong IT skills, particularly in Microsoft Office, and reside near Kingston.
About the Company
Our client is a dedicated independent vehicle management services company with new offices in Hampton. They are a forward-thinking organization looking to expand their team.
Key Responsibilities
1. Produce driver packs, insurance reminders, and essential contract documents and reports.
2. Monitor and manage client MOT, service, vehicle recall, and insurance reminders.
3. Handle client driver fines administration and update customer toll accounts.
4. Manage vehicle taxation, fleet V5 documents, and prepare overseas travel documentation.
5. Process daily rental invoicing and rectify invoicing discrepancies.
6. Produce daily hire reports and weekly driver reports to ensure GDPR compliance.
7. Handle departmental post and perform general administrative duties, including mail processing and maintaining filing systems.
