We have an excellent opportunity for a Conveyancing Paralegal to join a highly regarded Residential Property team. This is a superb role for someone looking to develop their career in residential conveyancing while gaining exposure to high-value and complex property transactions for high net worth clients.
You will join a supportive and well-established team within a respected regional law firm, working on a varied caseload, including prime residential property, country homes, estates and investment properties. This is a hands-on role where you will play a key part in delivering smooth, efficient and client-focused transactions.
Your responsibilities will span the full conveyancing process, including preparing and drafting key legal documents, carrying out searches and title checks, managing pre and post completion work, liaising with clients and third parties, handling Land Registry applications, SDLT submissions and compliance checks, and supporting file management, billing and general case progression.
We are looking for someone with previous residential conveyancing experience and a solid understanding of the transaction process from instruction to completion. Strong attention to detail, excellent organisation and confident communication skills are essential, along with the ability to manage a busy workload effectively.
