We are looking for people who have a relevant NMC, HCPC or Social Worker registration and:
* Relevant pre-registration experience of working in mental health environments, however this is not essential.
* Previous experience and skills which can transfer into this role – good communication, organisational skills and timekeeping amongst others.
* We welcome applications from people with lived-experience of mental health challenges.
* People who are passionate about working with older people in the community experiencing mental health challenges.
The Role Involves (but Is Not Limited To)
* Providing support interventions for people with significant mental health conditions.
* Working within a multi-disciplinary team with colleagues in the Mental health Teams.
* Monitoring and reviewing the use of prescribed medications.

The successful candidate will be required to be flexible but primarily based at Princess of Wales Hospital, Ely, Cambridgeshire. We will provide the support to ensure your development within your role. We provide a preceptorship programme and regular support and supervision. We are keen to support and develop our staff through a clear career pathway and encourage promotional opportunities within the Trust.
