Role Overview We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Client & Sales Support Administrator to join our growing team in Alton. This dynamic, hands-on role is pivotal in ensuring customer expectations are consistently met and exceeded. You will manage sales order processing, coordinate with depots and transport teams, and ensure timely and complete deliveries. Acting as a key liaison between clients and internal teams, you will help maintain seamless, efficient operations across the business. Key Responsibilities Sales Order Processing Accurately process sales orders using InspHire software Issue prompt and professional order confirmations Pre-qualify deliveries with site contacts to ensure readiness Provide clients with regular, clear, and timely delivery updates Raise proforma invoices and manage card payment processing efficiently Coordinate bespoke design approvals with the Mechanical Design team Manage custom livery requirements in liaison with the Marketing department Customer Engagement Act as the primary point of contact for purchase enquiries Respond to general queries promptly and professionally Operational Coordination Collaborate closely with depots and transport teams to ensure seamless order fulfilment Ensure all orders are processed accurately and within agreed time-frames Key Performance Indicators Error-free and efficient processing of orders and work-flows Deliveries completed in full, on time, and meeting client expectations Clear and effective communication with operational teams Consistently uphold a positive and professional image of the Conquip brand Person Specification Skills Strong teamwork and collaborative abilities Excellent organisation and planning skills Clear, confident, and professional communication Effective time management and prioritisation Personal Attributes Ability to work efficiently under pressure and meet deadlines High attention to detail and commitment to accuracy Positive, proactive, and solution-focused mindset Strong work ethic with a “can-do” attitude Alignment with Conquip's five Core Values How to Apply To apply, please submit your application directly via this advert for immediate consideration, or contact our Head of Recruitment for further information.
