Major Recruitment is currently recruiting an Order Processor for our client based in Yatton, North Somerset. Job Title: Customer Service Advisor Location: Smart Systems, Yatton BS49 4QN Hours: 37.5 hours per week Monday ,Tuedsay ,Thursday: 08:30-17:00 Wednesday: 08:00 - 17:00 Friday: 08:30 - 16:00 Salary: £23400 annum About Company: Smart Systems is a leading company in the industry, committed to delivering high-quality products and services. We are currently seeking a detail-oriented Cusomer Service adviser to join our dynamic team in Yatton. Job Purpose/Nature of work: First point of contact for specific customers Fulfilling Customers' needs Progressing Orders to ensure On-Time Delivery Main Duties: Deal with all enquires via the phone and email in a timely manner ensuring that the customer is provided with a professional, efficient service at all times. To be an ambassador for the business if asked any questions by visiting customers and clients Proactively solve problems and make decisions with the best interest of the company in mind Checking and completing daily reports. Logging, investigating and progressing of customer complaints with a view to preventing reoccurrence Raise any credit notes to be issued Advising customers of the benefits of placing their own orders and working with them to offer any applicable training required Actively involved in presenting a positive view of the company, working closely with the Area Sales Manager Use of a range of software including email, spread sheets and databases Document processes clearly for repeat use and also for others to follow Ensure that standards of work and productivity are maintained Create a positive environment, orientated to trust, fairness, creative thinking and cohesive team effort Motivate and inspire team members leading by example and conducting yourself in a professional and positive way. Supporting and Implementing new ideas and processes Provide regular feedback to line manager Other reasonable duties assigned by management Analyse Data Focus on Quality and non-conformance Goal to reduce customer quality concerns Assisting in a variety of projects to improve service delivery Team focussed and have the ability to engage with fellow team members Analytical skills and a positive attitude The ability to be able to recognise opportunities for early complaint resolution Why Join Us?
