The Opportunity
We're seeking a
Head of Marketing
to join our leadership team. This is is a rare opportunity to lead the full marketing function, from go-to-market strategy and product positioning to demand generation and brand development.

Key Responsibilities
Strategic Leadership
* Deliver a marketing strategy aligned with Tucasi's growth objectives.
* Shape our go-to-market approach across different client segments.
Technology & AI-Driven Growth
* Architect and scale an AI-enabled marketing tech stack.
* Select and implement tools for automation, personalisation, content creation, and analytics.
* Champion a data-first approach for smarter segmentation and attribution.
* Continuously explore new AI capabilities to future-proof marketing operations.
Product Marketing
* Define positioning and messaging across the full customer journey.
* Conduct market and customer research to understand buyer needs and pain points.
* Translate product features into compelling benefits for multiple personas.
* Lead go-to-market strategies for new features and product launches.
Commercial & Revenue Impact
* Partner with Sales to own the revenue funnel, from awareness to close.
* Develop and deliver account-based marketing (ABM) programs for growth.
* Drive pipeline generation targets while tracking CAC, ROI, LTV, and conversion metrics.
Demand Generation
* Design and execute integrated campaigns across email, SEO, content, social, and events.
* Generate and nurture leads through marketing automation and targeted campaigns.
* Build sales enablement content and account-based programs to accelerate pipeline.
Metrics & Reporting
* Track and report on KPIs including MQLs, pipeline contribution, CAC, ROI, and conversion rates.
* Monitor funnel performance from lead to customer, driving continuous improvement.
* Present insights and actionable recommendations to the leadership team.
