We are looking for a Senior Planner with private or public sector experience in planning and development, to work on a range of some of the highest-profile planning projects across the Midlands, focused on residential, industrial and logistics sectors, and city centre regeneration and urban living, amongst others.
Lead on a range of local projects and proactively support with the delivery on more major projects.
Provide commercial advice to clients.
Have the opportunity to work on projects across the West and East Midlands.

The ideal Senior Planner will have strong communication skills and be accustomed to engaging with clients, consultants and other stakeholders.
