Key Responsibilities:
* Assist with commercial property sales, purchases, leases, and developments.
* Conduct due diligence, including title checks, planning permissions, and environmental reviews.
* Draft and negotiate legal documents like contracts and leases.
* Provide guidance on landlord-tenant issues, including lease renewals and rent adjustments.
* Resolve disputes such as boundary issues, contract breaches, and lease disagreements.
* Collaborate with clients, solicitors, government bodies, and other professionals.
* Stay updated on property law and regulatory changes.
* Manage commercial property cases with accuracy and efficiency.
* Represent clients in negotiations, mediations, and court proceedings.
* Ensure compliance with anti-money laundering and legal regulations.
About You
* Qualified Solicitor with a valid practicing certificate.
* A Minimum 1 Year PQE within Commercial Property
