About the Role:
As a Nursery Practitioner in training, you will work closely with our qualified team to support the development and learning of children aged 0–5. You will be guided by our curriculum inspired by Montessori, Reggio Emilia, Piaget, and Vygotsky, ensuring children are encouraged to learn independently, collaboratively, and creatively.
Key Responsibilities:
* Supporting children in their daily routines and learning experiences
* Assisting in planning and delivering engaging activities
* Ensuring a safe, caring, and stimulating environment for all children
* Working as part of a team to promote independence, confidence, and social skills
* Building strong relationships with children, families, and colleagues
About You:
* Passionate about working with children and early education
* Enthusiastic, reliable, and eager to learn
* A team player with good communication skills
* No formal childcare qualification required – just a genuine love for supporting children's growth and development
