The Senior Coordinator, Events will provide day-to-day coordination and operational support for the delivery of NFL events across EMEA, with a primary focus on supporting European games in the UK, France, Germany, and Spain. This role will support planning, logistics, and on-the-ground execution to help deliver high-quality fan experiences aligned with business and local market objectives.
This job posting is for a position with one of the NFL’s third-party agency partners that provides services to the NFL. The selected individual will be an employee of that third-party agency, not the NFL. All compensation, benefits, and other terms and conditions of employment are handled by the agency.
Responsibilities
* Support the planning and execution of both large and small-scale events across EMEA
* Support & assist with event logistics, timelines, and operational delivery across fan/public events; covering gameday & non‑gameday fan experiences, kickoff events, local activations, community initiatives, and partner integrations
* Coordinate key event elements including scheduling, branding, programming and on-site operations
* Provide documentation and meeting notes, including budget tracking, purchase orders, after‑action reports, RFP documentation and supplier onboarding
* Assist with content and engagement initiatives such as OnePass app activities and discovery work on best‑in‑class event production
* Coordinate across departments and markets (EMEA and US) by working closely with internal teams and external partners
Required Qualifications
* 3+ years’ experience in events, sports, or hospitality
* Experience supporting the delivery of live events or fan experiences with a basic understanding of event operations and logistics
* Experience supporting budget tracking and administration
* Exposure to working with agencies, vendors, or partners
* Strong organisational and coordination skills
* Interest in sports and fan engagement (American Football knowledge a plus)
Preferred Qualifications
* Degree or equivalent in event management, sport management or business management
* Interest in or understanding of American Football is a plus

Terms / Expected Hours of Work
NFL employees are required to work 40 hours per week. There will need to be flexibility to work evenings and weekends as required.
