Salary: £21,482.32 - £24,525.65 Actual, £26,494.86 - £30,248.30 Full Time Equivalent per annum
Hours of work: 30 Hours per week, 52 Weeks per year, Part-Time, Permanent

The HR Advisor for Staff Development will provide high quality, professional, proactive people focused support and advice to staff and managers working with all levels of the College management team in relation to Staff Development including but not limited to long and short courses, staff training and CPD. The HR Advisor (Staff Development) will proactively support the delivery of the People Strategy across the College and take a lead role in Staff Development.
