Shift Lead Qualifications: Education and Experience
* Some high school education preferred
* Some operations experience is a plus
Food Safety Requirements:
Local or municipal requirements, such as Food Handler certification, acquired at the applicant's own expense.
ADA Statement:
Employees must be able to work in hot environments with steam and food vapors, remain standing for long periods, lift up to 50 lbs., and work quickly and accurately in a fast-paced kitchen environment. Good communication skills and the ability to adapt to changing priorities are essential.
