The Role
As a
Creator Campaign Manager
, you'll be the go-to partner for our brand and agency customers, helping them run successful creator campaigns on CreatorOS. From demos and onboarding to strategy and campaign execution, you'll play a key role in ensuring customers feel supported, confident, and empowered to get results.
At the same time, you'll help nurture our
creator community
— providing advice, support, and best practices for creators, and working with our team to shape new features that make their experience even better.
This is a hands-on role where you'll combine
platform expertise, client management, creator relationships, and campaign strategy
to deliver excellent outcomes while contributing to the growth of both sides of our marketplace.
What You'll Do
* Deliver
platform demos
to prospective brand and agency customers.
- Onboard new customers
, ensuring they understand how to use CreatorOS effectively.
- Provide
training and best practice guidance
on creator content and collaborations.
- Offer
strategic advice
on campaign execution, creator selection, and content performance.
- Understand and interpret
content performance metrics
to help customers measure and improve results.
- Support the operational side of campaigns, including
creator payments and logistics
.
- Build and nurture
creator relationships
:
- Provide support and advice to creators running campaigns on the platform.
- Ensure creators understand best practices for collaborating with brands.
- Act as their advocate, bringing feedback and ideas back to the team.
- Collaborate with the product and engineering teams to shape and test
new creator-facing features
.
- Act as a trusted partner to clients and creators alike, building strong relationships and identifying opportunities for growth.
What We're Looking For
* 3+ years of experience in
creator marketing
— gained at a brand, agency, talent agency, or similar environment.
- Strong client-facing skills — able to
present confidently, advise strategically, and build long-term relationships
.
- Practical understanding of
how creator content performs
, including KPIs, analytics, and ROI.
- Experience working directly with creators, influencers, or talent managers is a strong plus.
- Organised, proactive, and comfortable juggling multiple campaigns.
- Commercially minded — able to spot opportunities to grow accounts and expand client spend.
- Hands-on and adaptable, excited to work in a fast-paced startup environment.
- UK-based, with flexibility to travel to London occasionally for team meetings.
