Private Client Senior Associate / Legal Director - Suffolk with hybrid working
Client
A well-established firm with a strong client base in East Anglia, London and further afield
Role
* Advising clients on a wide range of Private Client matters but with a particular focus on Court of Protection and elderly/vulnerable client work
* Working on matters including making/challenging COP applications, capacity assessments, care fee advice/challenges and shared housing arrangements
* Manage and mentor junior lawyers
* Play an active role in growing the practice
You
* Senior solicitor or Legal Director level
* Strong experience in COP and elderly/vulnerable client work
* STEP qualification / Lifetime Lawyer accreditation an advantage
