We’re looking for a proactive, organised Marketing & Communications Executive to help shape how the college is perceived by its key stakeholders. If you’ve got a sharp eye for content, a knack for analysing data, and the confidence to manage multi‑channel campaigns — this could be your next move.
You’ll be part of a fast‑paced, creative team working across the full marketing mix, with a strong focus on improving and creating content for our websites and digital platforms.
What you’ll be doing:
* Creating and improving website content to support recruitment and engagement
* Using analytics tools to track performance and optimise campaigns
* Writing creative copy for web, email and print
* Supporting paid and organic social media campaigns
* Helping plan and deliver digital and in‑person events
* Contribute to video and email marketing campaigns
What we’re looking for:
* Strong writing skills and attention to detail
* Confidence to create content for web
* A collaborative mindset and ability to manage multiple projects
* A can‑do approach to work
Bonus points if you’ve:
* Used GA4, Microsoft Clarity or similar tools to report on campaign success
* Managed or improved website content for SEO and user experience
* Worked on student recruitment or education‑focused campaigns

This is a fixed‑term maternity cover role, with the successful candidate starting as soon as possible. Successful candidates will need to be able to travel to all college campuses and community events.
