They are currently seeking an experienced Sales Administrator to join their team. You will work closely with a designated Account Manager supporting them with their accounts. You will need to be confident, with the ability to share ideas and a positive attitude to driving team goals. Your role will include: Support the Account Manager with all aspects of administration, account management and support for customers. Communicate with customers efficiently and effectively on a daily basis. Update and maintain the databases relating to customer product and pricing. Prepare regular retailer & market reports. Deputise for the Account manager during any period of absence. The successful candidate will be experienced in a similar role and will have: Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills Ability to work to deadlines Have excellent organisation, communication and interpersonal skills Excellent analytical skills Good team player Customer focussed and understands importance of service delivery excellence Is committed to continuous improvement of internal processes Commercially minded and be able to build rapport and communicate effectively at all levels Completer finisher approach to work.
