Salary from £38- 39 900 annually plus 15% Bonus Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to: Lead and execute the hotels sales strategy, ensuring alignment with the Plan of Action and annual sales targets, focusing on high-potential market segments. Support budget planning and cost control, working closely with the Cluster Director of Sales and General Manager. Manage assigned accounts to secure business, develop tailored client solutions, and ensure profitability targets are met. Expand and strengthen the client base by acquiring new accounts and nurturing existing ones, aiming to secure preferred or negotiated agreements. Coordinate strategic sales initiatives and special projects to drive revenue and market share growth within the hotel's rate and positioning strategy. Analyze sales and market data, identifying trends and initiating actions to improve performance. Ensure consistent communication between sales teams and across Meli properties to maximize business opportunities. Implement required sales activity levels, including a minimum of 10 sales calls per week, and conduct annual visits to key accounts based on tier. Represent and enhance the Meli brand, staying informed of market developments, competitor activity, and evolving sales methods, while actively engaging with clients such as travel agencies, meeting planners, and tour operators.
