Manage planned and reactive maintenance to minimise downtime. Collaborate with production and technical teams to support operational goals. Drive continuous improvement initiatives across equipment and processes. Monitor and report on engineering performance metrics. Support capital projects and equipment upgrades. Drive the use of engineering reporting to gain meaningful insight. Manage spare parts inventory and supplier relationships. Promote a culture of accountability, teamwork, and innovation.
