CaretakerLocation: Across South West LondonSalary: £26,616Who we’re looking for We’re looking for two Caretakers to maintain a sparkling clean, tidy, and safe estate. One role will be based at our Ham Close estate in Richmond.A typical day for you would include being a first point of contact for customers on our estates, reporting and solving their issues quickly and maintaining a great place for them to live. Doing your job brilliantly means being a reassuring presence on our estates and responding to things in the moment like clearing rubbish chutes, replacing light bulbs, and reporting communal repairs.You’ll have experience of delivering world-class service to customers and carrying out cleaning and handling cleaning materials safely. We pay our caretakers at least the London Living Wage to recognise the higher cost of living in the capital.
