Vacancy - Senior Finance Manager - Clydeport Are you seeking a role where you will have the opportunity to lead and inspire a team of Finance Business Partners to make a real difference to the success of our Clydeport operation at the same time as developing your skills and experience? We are seeking a Senior Finance Manager to work with the Finance Director to lead and develop the finance team and embed our business partnering model at an exciting time in our growth. Your role Reporting to the Finance Director, based at King George V Dock in Glasgow, you will lead and develop a team of Finance Business Partners, driving alignment with business goals and a high performance culture. You will work collaboratively with the wider business to support strategic decision making, including forecasting, reporting and providing commercial insights. You will ensure strong controls, timely collections and accurate billing to optimise working capital and minimise overdue debtors. You will act a Deputy to the Finance Director when needed. What you'll bring You will have An Accountancy Qualification (ACA, ACCA, CIMA) with significant post-qualification experience. Strong leadership experience, with a track record of developing and managing finance teams. Proven ability to drive forecasting, reporting, and financial analysis to support commercial decisions. Experience in capital planning and business case development. Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and engage across the business. Experience in cash flow management, credit control, and balance sheet governance. Knowledge of audit processes and financial controls. Commercial mindset with the ability to contribute to strategic discussions. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Who are we?
