Job title: Qualitative Senior Project Manager
Location: Hybrid (commutable to either our Central London or Wakefield office), at least once a week on a Wednesday

Role Purpose
The Senior Project Manager is a senior client-facing and strategic leadership role, responsible for driving complex, high-value projects independently, building long-term client relationships, and acting as a trusted advisor. This role oversees multiple client accounts, manages and develops project teams, and works closely with management to shape business strategy, implement innovative processes, and contribute to company growth.
The Senior Project Manager is expected to operate at a consultative level, managing high-profile clients, delivering challenging briefs, and leading cross-functional teams to consistently exceed client expectations.

Key Responsibilities
Client Leadership & Strategic Account Management
* Independently manage multiple high-value client accounts, building trusted advisor relationships.
* Act as a consultative partner, leading client discussions, new briefs, and strategic planning sessions.
* Lead client review meetings, presenting insights, recommendations, and strategic solutions.
* Identify opportunities to grow client accounts, develop new offerings, and contribute to business development.
* Represent the company at industry events and client-facing forums as required.
Project Oversight & Delivery
* Lead complex, high-value projects end-to-end, ensuring exceptional quality, compliance, and efficiency.
* Provide strategic input to challenging projects, troubleshooting issues and delivering innovative solutions.
* Ensure all projects comply with GDPR, fieldwork regulations, and internal best practices.
* Oversee host/hostessing for focus groups and in-depth interviews (IDIs) where required.
Team Leadership & Development
* Build, mentor, and manage project teams, including Junior and Mid-level Project Managers and Field Executives.
* Set team structures, optimize workflows, and develop staff capabilities to ensure high-quality delivery.
* Foster a collaborative, high-performing team culture aligned with company values.
Collaboration with Management & Innovation
* Work closely with senior management to develop and implement new processes, ways of working, and strategic initiatives.
* Contribute to departmental planning, business strategy, and growth initiatives.
* Share insights, trends, and opportunities from client interactions to inform organizational decisions.
Quotations, Documentation & Compliance
* Independently produce quotations for complex and high-value client projects.
* Review, approve, and ensure the accuracy of all project documentation, screeners, and reports.
* Ensure project compliance, including ethics, data protection, and quality standards.
Performance Standards & Metrics
* Consistently achieve or exceed KPIs for project delivery, client satisfaction, and account growth.
* Demonstrate professionalism, commercial awareness, and strategic thinking across all activities.
* Identify opportunities for innovation, process improvement, and increased value to clients.
Senior Project Manager position is:

Salary: £30k - £34k
