Support Worker - Male
Location: Horbury, Wrenthorpe, and Walton
Driver with access to a car is required due to the location of the home!
Part Time: 25 to 30 hours a week, rolling rota
Pay: £12.31 per hour

We are seeking a male support worker on a part-time basis to join our established team supporting 4 gentlemen with diverse needs. They enjoy activities such as long days out using buses and trains, summertime canal walks, football, and socializing with friends.
What will I be doing?
* Promoting and supporting independence
* Prompting and supporting with personal care
* Supporting medication management
* Assisting with maintaining their home, including cooking, cleaning, and laundry
* Encouraging participation in activities they love
Work Schedule:
The role involves a rolling two-week rota with the following shifts:
* Monday: 10 am - 3 pm
* Tuesday: 9 am - 5 pm
* Wednesday: 10 am - 2 pm (potential for an additional two hours)
* Thursday: Off
* Friday: 8 am - 3 pm
* Every other Sunday: 11 am - 3 pm
* Alternate Tuesdays: 9 am - 9 pm
We require flexibility to work on a rota that includes weekdays and weekends. Rota schedules are provided at least 4 weeks in advance to support a healthy work-life balance.
