A nationally respected firm is recruiting a Private Client Tax Director to support its expanding private client team. With over 100 professionals across the UK and a strong reputation for technical excellence, the firm is now investing in senior tax leadership to support lawyers and accountants across a range of complex, high-value client work.
This role is ideal for an experienced tax director or senior tax advisor who enjoys technical advisory work and wants to contribute to strategic growth, knowledge sharing and risk management. You won’t be expected to manage your own client portfolio—but you will be at the centre of complex planning matters, acting as the technical expert for the team.
Who we’re looking for
* CTA, ACA or ACCA qualified tax specialist
* Significant experience providing tax advice to HNW individuals, families, trustees and business owners
* Strong technical knowledge across UK personal tax, trusts, IHT, CGT and non-dom matters
* Enjoys mentoring, training, and leading knowledge development within a wider team
* Strategic thinker, able to support business development and internal collaboration
Salary & benefits
* £80,000–£95,000 depending on experience
* Work across national offices (Leeds, Manchester, Birmingham, Chichester, or London)
* Hybrid working – 3 days from home
