🕒 Hours: Wednesday to Friday, 08:00 – 16:30 (24 hours/week)
💷 Salary: £26,000 per annum (pro rata)

A little about Tram Inn Mill
Located in the heart of Herefordshire, Tram Inn Mill is one of our busiest and most important feed mills. With a team of around 36 dedicated colleagues, we produce over 8,000 tonnes of feed every week. Tram Inn also serves as a hub for collaboration, hosting training and meetings for teams across our agriculture network.
About the Role

As a Raw Material Administrator, you’ll support the Raw Materials Manager and help ensure smooth communication and coordination across suppliers, hauliers, and internal departments. You’ll play a key role in maintaining an efficient and compliant feed mill operation.
Key Responsibilities
1. Liaise with suppliers and hauliers to coordinate raw material deliveries
2. Input orders and data into internal systems accurately
3. Investigate and resolve invoice queries
4. Perform general administrative tasks across the department
5. Work closely with other internal teams, including the Mill
6. Provide support and cover for the Raw Materials Manager when needed
What You’ll Need to Succeed
7. Previous experience in an administrative role
8. Strong organisational and time management skills
9. GCSEs (or equivalent) in Maths and English
10. Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft programs
11. A proactive, detail-oriented approach with the ability to work independently
12. Effective verbal and written communication skills
