What You’ll Lead
* Mechanical and multi-disciplinary design teams delivering complex electro-mechanical systems.
* Mechanical design governance, ensuring performance, manufacturability and safety.
* Cross-functional design reviews, navigating technical challenges with clarity and confidence.
* Capability development, mentoring and coaching of engineers at all levels.
* Engineering process improvement initiatives and long-term technology strategy.
What You Bring
* Strong background in mechanical design for complex or instrumentation equipment.
* Experience leading engineers or managing design functions.
* High proficiency in CAD and FEA (stiffness, vibration, structural analysis).
* Strong communicator with customer-facing capability.
* Passion for engineering excellence and developing technical teams.
