Director of Engineering – Overview

Redline has been retained by a leading process instrumentation manufacturer seeking a Director of Engineering to join their R&D team based in Surrey.

Due to significant growth, the role will be responsible for engineering across three sites, manage all engineering deliverables, define and implement the engineering strategy, and ensure performance meets business needs and objectives.

Applicants must be a British Citizen.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading an Engineering / R&D organisation
• Experience in the R&D of mechanical and electronic/electrical products
• Proven background in a regulated industry (i.e. Defence, Aerospace, Medical, Automotive, etc.)
• Degree qualified in a related Electronics discipline
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
