Your responsibilities
* Lead and manage the regional sales team to achieve and exceed annual sales targets and KPIs.
* Establish effective performance management systems, monitor team performance, and take corrective action when needed.
* Drive market penetration and business growth.
* Develop and execute territory account plans aligned with national strategies.
* Identify and target new business opportunities using CRM tools and insights.
* Actively contribute to the development of product marketing strategies and sales initiatives.
* Work closely with the GM, marketing manager, and sales team to ensure seamless product introductions and marketing efforts.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with key opinion leaders.
* Manage regional budgets and investments in line with business strategy.
* Gather and share market intelligence, including competitor insights, to guide strategic decisions.
* Attend relevant local, national, and international courses to stay updated on trends and developments.
Your qualifications
* Proven track record of achieving sales targets, particularly in the orthopaedic or CMF markets.
* Strong leadership and team development capabilities with previous line management experience.
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to build long-term relationships.
* Strong knowledge of the NHS/private healthcare sector and account management principles.
* Advanced IT literacy and the ability to analyse account data for ROI-focused decision-making.
* High level of personal accountability, adaptability, and a solutions-focused mindset.
* In-depth understanding of orthopaedic trauma and fracture fixation products.
