Our floors are found in warehouses, manufacturing, hospitals, car dealerships and food processing environments anywhere that demands a durable, hygienic, and visually impressive surface.
As part of our ambitious plans to expand across England and Wales, we are now looking to engage with commission-based Sales Agents who can introduce Lazercote’s services to new clients and open doors in our target sectors. This opportunity is ideal for agents already working with customers in commercial, industrial, or facilities management settings who wish to add a profitable new product line to their portfolio.
Responsibilities
* Identify and connect with decision-makers in target sectors to introduce Lazercote’s resin flooring services.
* Open doors with potential new clients and grow a commission-based sales pipeline.
* Collaborate with our in-house technical support team to understand client flooring needs, create specifications, and deliver accurate quotations.
* Leverage existing relationships in commercial, industrial, or facilities management settings to expand Lazercote’s client base.
Qualifications
* Experience in resin flooring or surface coatings is an advantage but not essential.
* Strong ability to connect with decision-makers and communicate technical requirements clearly.
* Strong market connections within target sectors are beneficial.
* Willingness to work on a commission basis.
* Driving licence and a vehicle are required.
Compensation and Benefits
* Exceptional 10% commission on all contracts secured, including repeat business.
* Contract values typically range from £10,000 to £50,000, representing a substantial and ongoing earning opportunity.
