Job Title: Sous Chef - Innovative Culinary Creativity (Hiring Immediately), Maidenhead
Position Overview:

We are seeking a Sous Chef to join our team, working closely with the Head Chef and reporting directly to them.
In this role, you will work with a menu full of flavor, provenance, and seasonality, celebrating modern French cuisine with both indulgent classics and lighter options.
The kitchen is your domain as a Sous Chef. You will help create a motivated, safe environment for all chefs, support the Head Chef and General Manager in maintaining kitchen standards, and ensure your team has everything needed for a successful shift.
