Key responsibilities of a Residential Surveyor
* Complete mortgage valuations and Level 2/3 surveys to RICS standards
* Produce clear, accurate reports for lenders and homeowners
* Manage your own diary and work independently
* Deliver high-quality service with strong technical and risk awareness
Key Skills required for a Residential Surveyor
* AssocRICS / MRICS / FRICS, RICS Registered Valuer
* Experience in mortgage valuations and Level 2/3 surveys is desirable but training can be provided. xxuwjjq
* Strong knowledge of building construction and pathology
