About this role:
The HCM Technical Owner is a hands-on technical support role within our People, Systems & Reporting Team. With solid experience with people systems and technology, this position is instrumental in supporting the efficiency and accuracy of our HCM Solution ensuring that we consistently deliver to high standards supporting the existing systems and unlocking the potential of the Oracle Cloud Apps `suite to meet business needs.
Accountabilities:
1. Hands on technical support with people systems and technology
2. Provide expertise in the team on HCM products (Oracle Fusion HCM)
3. Be the go-to person for technical support and development in the Oracle HCM applications
4. Be passionate about HCM solutions to drive high standards in our people systems
5. Guide and be responsible for the design, development (configuration), testing and support of functional and technical tasks in Oracle Cloud HCM, including core functionality, Approvals/ Workflows, Fast Formulas and HCM Extracts and OIC integrations
6. Work on impact assessments of the SaaS quarterly updates from Oracle and manage SaaS quarterly update life cycle.
7. Highlight trends and major incidents to your manager and come up with solutions to problems and mitigating risks and issues
8. Keep your skills and knowledge up to date in the Oracle products
9. Own the technical documentation associated to the HR products
Skills/Experience:
10. Strong Oracle Application experience - HCM (on premise / cloud)
11. HCM Data Loading
12. Out Bound & In Bound Integration Experience
13. HCM Extracts
14. Middleware experience (OIC)
15. REST APIs
16. Design and configuration in Oracle
17. Page customizations
18. Experience with Fast Formula
19. Oracle SQL and SQL tools
20. Troubleshooting problems, including functional replication of issues
21. Oracle fusion cloud infrastructure experience
22. Experience of raising Oracle Service Requests, including Sev-1 SRs, and the SR escalation process

25. ITIL framework relating to incidents, problems and the change management life cycle
