This welcoming and supportive special school based in Grantham are looking to appoint an enthusiastic and dedicated Education Support Worker to support students aged between 5 – 19 in the classroom under the direction of the class teacher. The Education Support Worker role is varied and will involve supporting students in small groups and on a 1:1 basis starting ad hoc which may lead to a short/long term contract for the right candidate.
