The Role
We are looking for a Line Leader to oversee our packing line during the winter season. The role involves operating and supervising packing, ensuring excellent hygiene practices, accurate record-keeping, and efficient workflow to maintain the highest quality standards for our baby leaf salads.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee day-to-day running of the packing line.
Maintain excellent hygiene, food safety, and quality standards.
Complete and monitor production and food safety records accurately.
Ensure smooth workflow and efficiency across the packing team.
Support the team in achieving daily targets while minimising waste.
Keep the work area clean and tidy, following a 'clean as you go' approach.
Assist with preparation for audits and inspections as required.
About You
Experience working in food production, packing, or a similar environment.
Knowledge of food hygiene (HACCP), health and safety, and GMP (desirable).
Strong communication and organisational skills.
Ability to work well as part of a team and lead by example.
Flexible and proactive approach to work.
Additional Information
This is a part-time, temporary position for approximately 16–20 hours per week from November May 2026. Flexibility will be required across working days.
