Responsibilities:
1. Provide technical support during product development, with a clear understanding of the product, risks, issues, assumptions, and dependencies associated with the products.
2. Manage a team, providing day-to-day line management.
3. Drive and coordinate collaboration with team members, multi-disciplinary internal specialists, and external partners.
4. Drive the adoption and use of good Systems Engineering practices and associated industry standards where possible.
5. Ensure products delivered are qualified, certified, and safety assured.
6. Deliver projects to time, cost, and quality requirements.
Minimum Requirements:
1. Systems Engineering experience.
2. A degree in a STEM subject or relevant background/previous experience.
3. Experience integrating activities across various teams and stakeholders.
4. Some knowledge of engineering principles and the engineering product lifecycle.
