Are you a seasoned CRM specialist with a strong understanding of fundraising?
Do you enjoy streamlining systems, improving donor journeys, and making life easier for fundraisers?
If you like solving problems, working with purpose, and making systems sing, this is your moment.
At Diabetes Australia, we’re on a mission to reduce the impact of diabetes across the country. Right now, we’re rolling out a new CRM (Microsoft Dynamics 365) to support our fundraising efforts, we need someone like you to help lead that transition.
You’ll guide the design, testing, and implementation of our new system, ensuring it’s not only fit-for-purpose but also enables smarter, more meaningful engagement with our donors. Your technical know-how and understanding of fundraising strategy will be invaluable as we build a system that supports growth, efficiency, and impact.
Here’s what you’ll be doing:
Lead the CRM design and build, aligned with fundraising goals
Manage the project lifecycle: timelines, vendors, testing, training
Partner with internal teams and external providers to ensure success
Support data migration and validation to set us up for long-term success
Optimise donor journeys, campaign tracking, and reporting functionality
What we’re looking for:
You’ve probably done something like this before. You’ve led (or been a key player in) a CRM implementation, understand the dynamics of donor engagement, and know what it takes to drive adoption across a team.
We’re looking for someone who brings:
4–5+ years in fundraising within the not-for-profit or membership space
Strong experience with CRM systems — ideally Microsoft Dynamics 365
A track record of supporting CRM projects, upgrades or full implementations
Confidence working across teams and influencing senior stakeholders
The ability to translate fundraising strategy into practical CRM solutions
