Our Client, a well-established Main Car Dealership in Basingstoke are looking for a Parts Advisor to add to their team of highly skilled professionals!
Our Client is offering the successful Parts Advisor:
6. £29,000 Basic Salary + £2,400 Bonus
7. 45 Hour Week Monday To Friday / Saturday Morning Rota
8. Main Car Dealership Environment
9. Manufacturer Training Program, Paid Day Off For Birthday, 22 Days Annual Leave
10. Automotive Parts Experience Essential
Duties of a Parts Advisor:
11. Sourcing of parts for customers
12. To ensure that all customers and internal parts needs are dealt with promptly and courteously responding immediately to requests for parts
13. To be continuously and consistently conscious of customer needs providing at all times the highest level of courtesy and service, and promote customer satisfaction and CXI rating
14. To report any stock damage or stock losses to the manager without delay

15. Proactive approach in maintaining customer standards
16. Good telephone manner
17. Organisational and administration skills
18. Full and Clean Driving License
