As Director of Revenue Management, you’ll be the architect of our revenue success. From crafting bold strategies to optimising performance across multiple channels, you’ll ensure our hotels stay ahead of the curve. You’ll collaborate with senior leadership on long-term plans, champion innovation, and nurture talent within a thriving revenue community.
Build and mentor a motivated team, including Revenue Managers and Guest Services, to achieve ambitious goals.
Strategise & Forecast: Own short- and long-term revenue forecasting, analyse market trends, and refine pricing strategies.
Analyse & Report: Deliver actionable insights from market share and performance reports to drive RevPAR growth.
Partner with Sales & Marketing to align strategies and chair key commercial meetings.
Stay Ahead: Monitor competitors, benchmark performance, and represent us at industry conferences.
Innovate: Lead system integrations and champion new technologies to keep us at the forefront of revenue management.
Develop Talent: Provide training, mentorship, and career development opportunities for your team.
Proven Expertise: 3–5 years of progressive experience in hotel revenue management, including at least 3 years in a senior role. Hands-on proficiency with revenue management systems like Synixs, TARRS, and Glitter, plus a solid grasp of GDS, OTA platforms, and the full suite of revenue tools.
Strategic Mindset: You understand the science behind pricing, forecasting, inventory control, and market segmentation—and you know how to turn insights into action.
Analytical Edge: Exceptional data-driven decision-making skills, with the ability to spot trends, assess performance, and pivot strategies when needed.
A degree in Business, Hospitality, or a related field is preferred. Advanced certifications in Revenue Management? Experience with IDeaS Revenue Management Platform is highly desirable.
