We're partnering with a well-established Bristol-based cost consultancy that delivers high-value projects across the commercial, residential and mixed-use sectors. They currently have a small QS team of 10 and are looking to grow the team, offering a fantastic opportunity for an Associate Director to take a leadership role.
The Role
As an Associate Director, you'll take a strategic leadership position within the business, combining project oversight with client relationship management. Key responsibilities include:
Leading major cost management and commercial projects
Managing and mentoring senior and junior surveyors
Developing and maintaining strong client relationships
Advising clients on procurement strategy, risk management, and cost planning
Supporting business growth through new opportunities and frameworks
What You'll Need
MRICS qualified Quantity Surveyor with significant consultancy experience
Proven track record in managing high-value projects
Strong leadership and team management skills
Excellent client-facing and stakeholder management ability
Commercially minded, able to drive both projects and business growth
What's On Offer
£70,000 - £80,000 depending on experience
