Established for over 30 years, our client has an excellent reputation for creating bespoke visual communication and lighting solutions. They have an extensive client base, ranging from high street retailer to design agencies and trade clients.
They’re now looking to add a new Account Manager to their team. This will be an office-based role, managing an existing client portfolio and identifying new and exciting opportunities.
Job Role
1. Management of key accounts
2. Development of new clients
3. Handle incoming sales enquiries via phone and email
4. Offer product support and advice
5. Take briefs from clients
6. Prepare and send quotations via our CRM system
7. Process orders through to the Production team
Skills and Experience
8. IT literate with proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook
9. Great people skills, a can-do attitude and a sense of humour
10. Excellent communication skills
11. Strong problem-solving abilities
12. A creative thinker and quick learner
13. Ability to understand technical drawings
14. Confident in making outbound calls, with an inquisitive approach to opportunities
15. A background in the following industries would be ideal, but not essential; Retail Display, Exhibition Signage and Print Graphic, Interior Design, Engineering, Lighting, Furniture or Shop Equipment
