What you’ll be doing
* People Management: Employment law, training, performance management, employee engagement, and communication.
* Safety Management: Health & safety legislation, safe systems of work, investigations, and compliance.
* Finance: Budget setting, invoicing, forecasting, cost tracking, and performance analysis.
* Logistics: Vehicle planning, utilisation, and maintenance.
* Operations: KPI tracking, productivity reviews, and service delivery standards.
* Contract & Client Management: Understanding contracts, managing client relationships, identifying improvements, and delivering social value.
What we’re looking for
* A degree (or equivalent)
* Strong Excel & IT skills
* A proactive, can‑do attitude
* Confidence communicating with stakeholders
* Full UK driving licence
* Willingness to travel (UK-wide, occasional overnight stays)
