They believe in empowering their employees with the tools and trust they need to make impactful decisions.About the JobThis role is ideal for someone looking to take full ownership of the payroll function while also Reporting into the Finance Manager, you’ll be the go-to person for all payroll matters.Duties will include:Managing end-to-end payroll processing, ensuring timely and accurate paymentsMaintaining and updating payroll systems and recordsResolving employee and management payroll queriesEnsuring compliance with payroll legislation and internal policiesPreparing payroll reports, P11Ds and PSA submissionsHandling employee expensesAbout the Successful ApplicantThe ideal candidate will have proven experience in payroll, they will demonstrate strong attention to detail, excellent Excel and Microsoft Office skills, and be confident working independently or as part of a team.
